Jim Fogarty

Mr Fogarty is a
former senior executive with various BHP Group companies
and has over 25 years experience in commercial management
in the mining engineering and metallurgical industries.
Jim joined Ausmelt in April 1997 and was appointed as Company
Secretary and Commercial Manager in November 1999. Jim and
his team are responsible for supporting Ausmelt's business
managers in the preparation and negotiation of major contracts
and supporting the Board in legal, company secretarial and
statutory compliance matters. Jim also assists Paul Abbott
in corporate planning, liaison with the investment markets

Dr. Markus A. Reuter (PhD)

| Prof. Dr. Markus A. Reuter (Ph.D., D.Eng., Dr.habil.(Aachen, Germany), Pr.Eng.(ZA), FIEAust) and is Professorial Fellow at Melbourne University (Australia), as well as Adjunct Professor at the Stellenbosch University (South Africa - ZA). He was awarded the Doctorate of Engineering by the Stellenbosch University for the thesis “The fundamental limits of recycling”, covering R&D work as Professor of Engineering at Delft University of Technology (NL), (where he is professor emeritus), involving the European metallurgical, recycling and automotive industries. He has over 340 publications and has written a book “Metrics of Material and Metal Ecology”, Elsevier (Amsterdam). He also worked for Anglo American as well as Mintek in South Africa. He was one of the The Age newspaper's 100 most influential Melburnians of 2007 (environment).

Mr Baldock has over 25 years experience in pyrometallurgical process development in both ferrous and non-ferrous applications. He has led numerous plant start-up teams for Ausmelt and his ability to combine his deep understanding of metallurgical theory with the practicalities of commercial implementation is respected in the industry. Mr. Baldock joined Ausmelt in 1987 after working with CSIRO on the Hismelt iron project from 1984 to 1987. Ross and his team are responsible for the design of customer-specific metallurgical processes and the provision of site training and plant commissioning services.

Mr. Brander has 20 years experience in Engineering and Operations of heavy industrial facilities, having successfully completed many projects. Brad has worked for two large manufacturing companies and a major engineering consultant. Brad joined Ausmelt in April 2006, after successfully completing a major upgrade to a cement plant in the capacity of Engineering/Design Manager, and with his team is responsible for all Engineering deliverables within Ausmelt.

Greg Davies is a professional engineer who has been responsible for project management, design, construction, commissioning and field engineering in a range of international minerals processing and smelting projects since 1994. Greg has project managed Ausmelt projects since 2001. As Manager of Project Services Department, Greg is responsible for Ausmelt's project implementation and services in estimating, project management, project client relations and procurement.

Mr Matusewicz has 18 years’ post-graduate experience as a Metallurgical Engineer with Ausmelt with roles ranging from Senior and Principal Process Engineer to Project Manager. His experience also covers commissioning of a range of projects including copper smelting and converting projects in Zimbabwe and China, lead in India and Project Manager for the design and supply of Ausmelt technology for SPL treatment. Since 2001, Robert has lead technology development for Ausmelt, combining R&D activities with a focus on commercial application.

Mr McLean has had over 20 years
experience in the chemical industry in technical, marketing
and management positions. Mr. McLean spent 17 years with
ICI Australia/Orica in various roles including Marketing
Manager for the resins business and the last seven years
as Business Manager for Orica Mining Chemicals. Mr. McLean
joined Ausmelt in October 2002 as General Manager, Chemicals.

Mr Pennell has had over 15 years
experience in the mining, petroleum and steel industries
in a range of positions covering finance, accounting and
management. Mr. Pennell spent 15 years at BHP Billiton
in various head office and site roles including Manager
Reporting and Planning for BHP Queensland Coal, Superintendent
Management Reporting for Ok Tedi Mining Limited, Accountant
BHP Steel International and Funding Accountant - BHP Petroleum.
Mr. Pennell joined Ausmelt in September 2003.

David Sherrington,

Mr Sherrington has over 13 years
experience in engineering, engineering management, plant
operation and process development in the ferrous industry.
Mr. Sherrington was a member of the team which developed
the HIsmelt direct ironmaking process taking a role in
project development with Kvaerner Engineering & Consulting.
Mr. Sherrington joined Ausmelt in November 2000.
