Mr Fogarty is a
former senior executive with various BHP Group companies
and has over 25 years experience in commercial management
in the mining engineering and metallurgical industries.
Jim joined Ausmelt in April 1997 and was appointed as Company
Secretary and Commercial Manager in November 1999. Jim was appointed as General Manager Non-Ferrous in February 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of the Company's core top submerged lance smelting business. Email:

| Prof. Dr. Markus A. Reuter is a Professorial Fellow at Melbourne University (Australia), as well as Professor Emeritus TU Delft, The Netherlands. He was awarded the Doctorate of Engineering by the Stellenbosch University for the thesis “The fundamental limits of recycling”, covering R&D work as Professor of Engineering at Delft University of Technology (NL), involving the European metallurgical, recycling and automotive industries. He has over 340 publications and has written a book “Metrics of Material and Metal Ecology”, Elsevier (Amsterdam). He also worked for Anglo American as well as Mintek in South Africa. He was one of the The Age newspaper's 100 most influential Melbournians of 2007 (environment).

Mr Baldock has over 25 years experience in pyrometallurgical process development in both ferrous and non-ferrous applications. He has led numerous plant start-up teams for Ausmelt and his ability to combine his deep understanding of metallurgical theory with the practicalities of commercial implementation is respected in the industry. Ross joined Ausmelt in 1987 after working with CSIRO on the Hismelt iron project from 1984 to 1987. Ross and his team are responsible for the design of customer-specific metallurgical processes.

Mr Brander has 20 years experience in Engineering and Operations of heavy industrial facilities, having successfully completed many large capital projects and worked in operations of complex heavy industrial plants. Having worked for two large Australian manufacturing companies and a major international engineering/project management consultant for over twenty years, has given Brad vast depth and breadth of experience. Brad is responsible for all Engineering activities and deliverables within Ausmelt.

Mr Davies has over 15 years project management and engineering experience in design, construction, commissioning and field engineering in minerals processing and smelting industries. Prior to joining Ausmelt in 2001, Greg successfully completed project and engineering roles for a range of customers, including Pasminco Century Zinc and Comalco. As Manager of Ausmelt's Project Services Department, Greg leads a team who deliver company wide services across the wide range of international clients and cultures, through project management, estimating, procurement and client relations management.

Mr Matusewicz has 20 years TSL experience with Ausmelt covering all aspects of projects from concept to implementation spanning the range of metals, recycling and waste applications available. Since 2001, Robert has used this background to drive technology development for Ausmelt, combining R&D activities with a focus on commercial application and operational improvements.

Stephen Hughes BE (Chem)

Mr Hughes has over 20 years experience in pyrometallurgical processing operations and project development. He has contributed to numerous Ausmelt projects from initial development of a project concept through to commissioning and the establishment of stable operations. Stephen joined Ausmelt in 1995 after working for CRA's Southern Copper smelter at Wollongong from 1989 to 1995 where he supported a major upgrade of all aspects of the smelter operation. Stephen and his team are responsible for the development of new opportunities with Ausmelt's existing and prospective clients.

Mr Pennell has over 25 years
experience in the mining, petroleum and steel industries
in a range of positions covering finance, accounting and
management. Prior to Ausmelt, Wayne worked at BHP Billiton for 15 years in various head office and site roles across all business units and prior to that for Delhi Petroleum for 8 years.
Wayne joined Ausmelt in September 2003 and became Company Secretary in 2008.

Since 1996 Mr Cunningham has targeted his career around the base metal smelting industry. He has focused on project delivery, commissioning and operations. Peter has formally held senior project and operating roles with Rio Tinto (Cu), Anglo Platinum (Ni-Pt), MIM (Pb-Sn) and BHP-Billiton (Cu), in Africa, England and Australia. Peter joined Ausmelt in late 2008 from a business development role at Olympic Dam. He heads up Ausmelt's Site Services Department. The Site Services team is responsible for back-end project delivery and customer focused optimisation services.
