Ausmelt is an organisation committed to the development, design and successful implementation of TSL technology. Ausmelt has a team of highly experienced professionals capable of delivering the core components of the Ausmelt system. This professional group includes process, mechanical, structural and process control engineers, as well as design draftsmen.

Ausmelt also has an experienced team of project managers specialising in the on time, on-budget delivery of Ausmelt services and equipment. Their responsibilities cover all of Ausmelt’s development, engineering, equipment supply and on-site services.

Ausmelt takes a "Core Equipment" supply approach, generally providing only the equipment critical to implementing this technology (including lances and control systems). This allows clients to minimise capital costs by locally manufacturing large fabricated items such as the furnace shell using detailed designs from Ausmelt. However Ausmelt can also offer turnkey project solutions, through its relationship with many of the world's most recognised engineering and contract companies.

Ausmelt works closely with the preferred engineer of a client to ensure that ancillary systems will support Ausmelt technology.
